Winter Series

Welcome to the Deerdale Off Road Winter Series Events Page

This is used in a very simple way. First thing you need to do is to log into your account. If you haven't got an account please create one before gonig any further.

Once you are logged in simply as the event you wish to enter to the cart and simply press process 

 

Winter Series Calendar Dates

Round 1 - 1st November 2020

Round 2 - 6th December 2020

Round 3 - 3rd January 2021

Round 4 - 14th February 2021

Round 5 - 7th March 2021

 

Racing Format 

Practice:

1 round of timed practice in heat order. Nitro Buggy class will have a 2 minute warm up followed by a 7 minute practice heat. E-Buggy Class will have a 2 minute warm up with a 8 minute practice heat 

Please note the practice round might be dropped if numbers and time doesn't allow 

Heats: 

There will be 3 rounds of qualifying with the best 2 to count.  Nitro Buggy class will have a 2 minute warm up followed by a 7 minute practice heat. E-Buggy Class will have a 2 minute warm up with a 8 minute practice heat

Finals: 

There will be 20 minute bump up final for the Nitro Buggy Class. The E-buggy Class will have 18 minutes bump up finals. 

Automatic Mode 

Please note that Deerdale Off Road runs the BBK timing software which also runs in automatic mode. This means when you hear the automated voice on the computer say and the Electronic Scoreboard display "2 minutes to the start of the race" then the track is open at that point and your warm up time has begun. You have got to make sure that you are ready by that point. If you are marshalling you also need to be at your marshal point by that time. Important Notice - If you live in a tier 3 area at this time you are able to attend. Please confirm on the entry form that you are from a tier 3 area. 

 

Deerdale Off Road Cancellation and Refund Policy 

By booking into any of the events below you agree to the following;

Any entries cancelled after 5pm on the friday before the event. Your entry fee will no be refunded. 
All cancellations must be done via the website by clicking the cancel button at the bottom of each event.
